Items purchased from Visopix Marketplace need to be returned directly to the seller/manufacturer and not to Amazon.co.uk. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, items valued over GBP 50.00 should be returned to the Seller using a trackable delivery service. If the order is valued at GBP 100.00 or more, we recommend you insure your return for the value of the product and use a signature required delivery service.
If you receive an item that’s different to what was described, or that’s clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact your seller/manufacturer to report the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving the order.
